Seedy Saturday – Multiple Branches

Get growing with the Huron County Library this spring by joining one of the following Seedy Saturday events:

Alice Munro Branch: Saturday, April 12, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. – Got plants to share? Drop in during regular branch hours for a plant swap.

Blyth Branch: Saturday, April 12, 9-10 a.m. – Drop into the branch for a plant swap and to pick up seeds from the Seed Library.

Clinton Branch: Saturday, April 19, 1:30-3 p.m. – Guest speaker Krystal Brideau from Huron County Backyard Ecosystems. The day will also include crafts for kids and a plant auction with the Horticultural Society.

Exeter Branch: Saturday, April 12, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. – The Exeter Branch is hosting their 4th annual Seedy Saturday!  There will be Seed Swap, Seed Library, display tables, door prizes, and the following special activities:

• 10 a.m.: Screening of the film In My Backyard
• 11:30 a.m. – Gardener Social and Refreshments
• 12 p.m. – Container Gardening with local Master Gardener Jennie Girard.

Howick Branch: Saturday, April 12, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. – Got plants to share? Drop in during regular branch hours for a plant swap.

Seaforth Branch: Saturday, April 19, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. – Drop in to pick up or swap seeds, learn about our Seed Library, and get your Spring and Summer garden started.
